Good Quality people

This quote is telling us that hangout with the right people. But why can't we hangout with the people we want to hangout with its our decision not anyone else's to tell us to hangout with. But for some people you got let them know because they are smart and they can do the work but they hangout with the wrong people. Also if you do hangout with the right people they will have the right influence on you, but if you hangout with the wrong people they won't be a good influence on you.
