This quote means that if you want to get good grades, stay in a sport,etc.you have to work hard for you to accomplish that. Also that you should believe in yourself don’t give up easily. Just have faith and hope in yourself because you will accomplish your goals. If you believe that you can’t  do it your team members will tell you that you can do it just believe what they say.
